Once in a while you run across a company with incredible customer service. Top Hat Chimney is one of those companies. We are in the middle of a home remodel and had purchased a Napoleon vented gas fire place to have installed. They worked two days around a holiday to keep our project on track. I had an appt where I thought it was getting installed and it was for an evaluation/quote. I was surprised, but they stayed and made the installation happen. (While performing the highest quality work)
Levi was prompt and very professional. He did a good job and left our home clean. We will contact your company again next year.
Fantastic service. Knowledgeable and a troubleshooter when it comes to figuring out what is going on with your fireplace and in my case, he even looked at my gas range. I would recommend this company with five stars. Clean, cut and very professional and on time.
Top tier contractor. Evident by how long they have been in business. Exceptional experience, and in my case made the impossible happen. Ran a flue from my basement to the roof - about 50 feet to help me get rid of old ventless fireplace. Second time I hired them. See that review too. Second time I’ve been more than pleased.
Would highly recommend!!! Jake was super professional and knowledgeable at answering all my concerns about our old gas fireplace. We hadn't used it yet in our new house and he was able to help me understand what kind of state it was in, how usable it was. Even though it's not currently safe to use, I now know what to expect and what's needed to get a working fireplace. Thanks Jake!
